It almost seems like Manny Acta is being blamed for all of the organization’s troubles even though it’s partly just the fact that we have some talent both on and off the field that simply needs some time to develop. <br /><br />Whatever the decision though, I think they need to make it soon and stick with it for the rest of the season. With a relatively young team, I think we need our players to have some confidence in their coaching staff and front office. That's hard to do when there is all this talk about Rizzo only being an acting GM and the fact that people have been calling for Acta's head for a long time now. <br /><br />Having confidence in the organization can help the players perform better on the field, which would in return probably also result in fewer people complaining about the club’s manager.Bryanhttp://baseballinwashington.blogspot.comnoreply@blogger.com
